Distinctive c 1870 redware pitcher from Lawrence POTTERY IN Beverly, MA. The 5" earthenware is brushed with white and green slips against a brownish/red ground. Excellent condition. Featured in Lura Watkin's book, Early New England Potters and THEIR Wares (exhibit 57)
