c 1860, Frederich County, MD. Sawtooth mountain borders. Outstanding condition. (see Crib Quilts and Other Small Wonders by Thos. Woodard, Blance Greenstein p 37, item #46). Very finely pieced and intricately quilted. Rarely seen pattern in crib size.
